At Montana Homefitters Fine Furniture, we pride ourselves on quality and are confident that all our merchandise will meet and exceed your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please follow the instructions provided below. All purchases may be returned or exchanged by calling our customer service at 406-541-8200 within seven days of delivery. Every item is inspected when it leaves our warehouse, please contact us immediately should damage occur in transit or if you discover a manufacturer’s defect. Once your merchandise is received in our warehouse it will be inspected. In some cases a handling/usage or restocking fee may apply. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable. Merchandise returns made after seven days will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Upon inspection, merchandise not returned in good condition may be subject to additional handling/usage fees. Special order purchases, which may include custom sizes/fabrics/leathers, are non- refundable.
